We do not serve alcohol. Guests can carry their own which is only allowed in their premises and not in public/dining areas.
Children under 6 years can stay in the same at no extra charges. Children 6 to 12 years, an amount of INR 500 shall be charged (breakfast included). Extra Adult or Child above 12 Years, an amount of INR 1000 will be charged (stay, breakfast & extra bed included).
Room Payments – All bookings are prepaid. 50% payment at the time of booking and balance 50% payment at the time of check-in.
Check in – 14.00hrs & checkout – 12.00noon
Early check in & Late checkout is subject to availability and will be chargeable. Checkouts from 1200 to 1800 hours are subject to 50% of room rate and thereafter at 100%
All arrivals prior to 6AM are billed from the previous night.
All arrivals between 0600 to 1100 hours are subject to 50% of the room rate.
In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the resort reserves the right to levy retention charged for entire reserved stay.
For any disputes in payments and any other legal disputes, the jurisdiction of the court will be at Mysuru in Mysuru district Karnataka.
