Cancellation of Return Request

 A request for return or refund once made can be cancelled by contacting customer care at encantodestinations@gmail.com

Refusal of Return or Refund request

 We reserve the right to refuse any request for a refund if such request is not in compliance with the policy or applicable laws.

Cancellation policy addition

Within 3 days of booked date or No Show – non refundable. If cancelled more than 3 days before the booked date, 10% of booking amount shall be deducted and refunded
